Check to make sure the fuel pump is kicking on, also if this has a CSFI injection system, there have been problems with those and you should replace it with a MFI upgrade kit.

I have a 2006 chevy blazer when it runs it sounds like the starter will not disengage. put a new starter on now it trys to start when the key is off. when I pull the starter relay fuse it stops. when I try...

Either the start relay is stuck, the ignition switch is defective or someone messed up the wiring. I'd start by checking out the relay then check the ignition by checking for battery voltage when the ignition is turned to start (at the relay)

My battery acts dead when ever i try to start the vehicle. the battery is new and the starter is new. once it starts it trys to stall out. i've had to jump start it recently and now it starts right away...

Your description is not very clear--do you mean that the starter does not turn the engine over at times or that the engine turns over but does not "catch"? Or, does nothing happen at all when you turn the key?

In any case, it sounds as though you have a loose or damaged cable or a corroded connection at the battery or a ground.

Engine will not start. has power but will not crank

it sounds to me like you have a major problem. If you have power, that automatically scratches the altenator out. But if when you try to start it, does it try to turn over, or does it just make a noise that can be referred to as a ticking noise??? if so, its a dead battery. Other than that, if trys to spark but wont turn over, or if it just simply does nothing then your battery is fine. It's more than likely your starter. Which is somewhat an easy fix. But i would try the first test first... good luck

Drove it home everything was ok! went out the next

sounds like a broken timing belt, timing belts like to break during engine cranking and engine shut down. there are inspection holes in the timing cover,if you can't determine, remove top half of timing cover and check belt for slap,if there's slap,it's broke.

sounds like the starter, i dont think its siezed the motor in that short distance. try and hit the starter with a hammer or something with someone turning the key at the same time, it should start with acouple trys. if it does than u need a new starter.

Stopped while driving, trys to start but wont turn over

if you have ignition lights, then try jump starting, sounds like a battery / charging fault, or if battery ok then get your starter motor checked
