Sounds like the timing its set by factory with electronics take to dealer or speed shop to have them reset it.

first thing i would check is the transmission fluid if its low it might be slipping. just a thought

thats a deff. tranny prob. theres a fluid transition prob when it goes to buildup... almost like air brakes
