I`ve wired steros before and all i can think of is maybe the way the battery was hooked back up affected it if you can remember witch one was put on first on the battery try doing the opposite so if the possitive was put on first then this time put the negitive on first then possitive it might reset it

Consult your owners manual for the aforementioned stereo. There may be a small reset button on the rear of the radio. If you have no luck and do not have the owners manual, google the radios EXACT model number to get possible access to an online users guide. There may be advise or a customer service phone number you can call to get help unlocking the stereo.

Jumped a car, now i do not have power to windows door locks, radio a/c heater, dash board lights, radio or alarm, what can i do to fix

try disconnecting your battery ... completely... touch the battery cables together while they are both DISCONNECTED, and this should reset and clear your computer. Reconnect everything and try. If this doesn't work, you probably destroyed your computer by jumping the other car off.

Had starter put on and now the radio is giving me an error code message

when the repair facility replaced the starter they disconnected the battery causing the radio to be locked out. when disconnecting the battery a memory saver should be connected to the car. this is a simple device consisting of a 9v battery that plugs into the lighter socket. it keeps the computer memory intact until the battery is reconnected. the dealer will have the unlock code but probably charge you. i would attempt to hold the repair facility responsible.
