if you have rear disc it's adjusted by ratching the rear,so if you have a pull up parking brake pull up and down 3 quick times,if it's on the floor press down and up three quick times.

How do you remove the v-belt to replace it with a new one

put and socket and ratchet on the bolt of your tensioner pully and pull and the ratch.. it will only move one way.. either like your tighting the bolt or loosing the bolt. this will take the tension off your belt so you can slip the belt off the tensioner pully.. then take the old belt out.. if there is not a picture under the hood showing you how the belt is routed , look at it close even draw a picture to show you how to put the new belt on right!! :) richie

How to remove a driverside pwr seat from a 1998 chevy s10 blazer

the seat is mounted to either studs or bolted down, there are two in the front and two in the rear, raise the seat up as high as it goes and disconnect the wiring harness, be carefull not to break the connector, move the seat back and remove the front nuts or bolts on floor, there may be a trim cover over them, repeat for rear, move seat foreward to access rear nuts or bolts (varies by year.)

Breaks on a 2006 Grand Prix

Rear disc brakes have to also apply the parking brakes.
To do that, they must not retract too far.
That is accomplished with a one way ratched down the center of the piston, on the back side.
So most rear pistons have to be rotated CW in order to retract down this spiral ratchet.
Not sure exactly how Pontiac works, but there is probably a large slot in the piston to allow for this.

How do you remove rear hatch panel cover on 1998 chev blazer

There should be screws around the edge of the panel. There are plastic panel locks that need to be pulled out, really the only way you can do that is to gently/firmly pull up on the panel. I had to exchange my rear wiper motor. To put the interior piece back on, just pop the locks back into place and screw back down.
