Question about 2000 Mitsubishi Galant
Car wont accelerate it wont hold in drive above a 1 and it shakes like its going to die... replaced intake manifold and battery 2000 mitsubishi
Do a compression check. If the pressure, psi, in all the cylinders is within 10 psi of each other you have a blown head gasket or cracked block. If it is good then you need to check you breaks to make sure that one of them has not locked up. this can sometimes happen with the emergency brake. If it idles good and in park you can run it up to 2500 or 3000 rpm then you most likely have a locked wheel, brake or transmission problem.
