Question about 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee
Make sure you are checking the right fuses. I checked the 30 amp green fuse in the under dash box. It was okay but apparently there was at least one other fuse which caused it not to work. Took it to my dealer and they fixed for free after the warranty was expired.

Check the radio fuse to see if it was blown when you changed the battery. there is no rest for a radio that I am aware of for this situation.
