My 1980 caprice wont shift like it not getting proper vacum for transmission

Replace the vacuum modulator valve on the transmission . First off I would test it . You would need to buy a hand held vacuum pump ! and find the vacuum hose at the transmission an test for vacuum there . Do you know what a vacuum modulator valve is ? Google 1980 Chevy Caprice transmission vacuum modulator .

1999 chevy blazer rebuilt transmission wont shift properly

First change the fluid and filter while you have the transmission pan off take the shift solenoids out one at a time and look for graphite build up in or around the solenoid.

Chevy wont shift properly

Burnt Fluid .....Not Good..Sounds like you're gona need a rebuilt one..with installtion Big Bucks....National Chain $ 1200.00.getting one from salvage use nationwide online scrapers...$ 400-500.You got nothing to loose try adding Transmedic to your transmission. You can also have tranny fliud sucked out and repaced at Service Station $75 but as many people will tell you a 22 year old tranny sometimes it the old fluid that kept them working(with all the **** in there) Good Luck.

1992 chevy 2500 wont shift up from low

please check the interlock solenoid on the gearshift linkage in the console. also have a check on the clutch system such that if the clutch doesn's disengage properly, then the synchromesh between the transmission prevents it for shifting of gears. if you dont know how to check it please contact us again
