A relay "chattering" is due to low voltage. Check with a meter to ensure that you are getting full battery voltage through your cables!

We need a child seat belt anchor package for car seat for a 1997 GMC Jimmy. GMAC does not make them anymore. Alternative,?

There are several alternatives - for a start, try JC Whitney. Assuming you mean for the rear seat, you will probably need to tie down the top of the child seat to one of the floor mounted cargo fasterners located towards the back of the truck.

1997 Blazer starts most of the time but about once a week it won't start

When the truck wont start, bang on fuel tank to shake the pump. If it starts, replace fuel pump. 60 psi is what you should see with good pump. Less than 55 it wont start.

Ran out of gas on a 1997 gmc jimmy and 4 days later it just cut off and than it won,t crank I let it sit for a minute and than it crank but it happen again. What to do?

Cranking and fuel issues are two separate things. Check age of battery and voltage across terminals. Does it always crank as long as you hold the key but not start? If cranking okey, check fuel pressure, key -on,cranking,or if it does start. Check battery cables for corrosion, also inside cables. Do,a voltage drop test on both cables.. Need a meter or just have a shop pick it up and take care of it.
