Question about 2000 Volvo S40
The connection the light is either loose or there is a lock that keeps the wire connector lock that keeps it plugged into the light missing or not locking. The only other thing is if there is a short in the wiring to the light. Start your engine and be careful not to get around the fan, then wiggle the wires to the light you are having problems with. See if you can get them it to come off and on. See if it is in the connector or in the wires. Could also be bad connection where the light bulb plugs in.
