Hi ntv,
I assume you've checked the oil level. Could you elaborate on what you base your description of the problem?

I agree with my fellow experts in that you should not run your engine until the problem is resolved. I just need more info about the problem to find out whats happening

Please comment back.

Best regards,
Mike

Then the only thing you can do is have an expert look at it before you destroy the engine. Do not drive it till you find out. Nothing we can do because you need a gauge to read the real pressure at the engine. You may have a oil sender or gauge issue only but no way to tell till someone does a couple tests.

Oil is not pumpin to top of engine whats the promblem

Depending on the make model and year, it could be a faulty oil pump, or a blockage in the oil passage in the block.

1998 nissan maxima problem water in the oil

If there is water in the oil, it wouldn't last long under the heat/pressure of the engine, so if you are seeing water it must be super fresh. Are you losing coolant? If so, then i'd suspect water pump/water pump gasket if you never had that replaced. It could be head gasket, but you would probably experience a consistent coolant loss with maybe loss of power or misfiring. You can check with a pressure/leak down test for head gasket. Either way, if you are losing coolant I'd check water pump. If you aren't losing coolant than it can't be the water pump or head gasket really letting "water" in.

Car start up puts then cuts off as if its not

The fuel pump relay is at fault. Upon starting the engine the fuel pump is feed by the engines oil pressure switch. Once the engines oil pressure is reached to operating pressure the computer shuts off the voltage from the oil pressure switch and turns on the fuel pump relay intill you shut the engine off.
The oil pressure switch has three wires to it. Two are for the oil pressure sinals sent to your dash. The third one is for the fuel pump. It may sound confusing although this system is used by nearly all manufacturers of vehicles

What motor oil is best for my 2007 beetle

I'm sure that if you ask 10 different people, you will get many different answers. No different from any product with multiple brands. People have favorites based on past good history, referrals from friends or "experts" or whatever. The main thing is that you maintain your vehicle on a regular basis based on your driving habits - changing your oil every 3,000 to 7,500 miles depending your environment (dusty, dirty etc), do you drive in the city frequently, does the engine work hard/ frequently high rpms? bulk oil to synthetic, stay consistent with your oil change intervals.

Fluid behind tires

you have to check the consistency of the fluid. IT can either be from the breaks, power steering (for the front wheels), or engine oil (again for front wheels. I suggest to do some cleaning underneath. Wash the whole area where you see the oil cleaned out. Once cleaned you should have an idea where exactly the oil came from once it seeps out and can accurately have it fixed.
