Question about 1999 Toyota Sienna
Somewhere between 90,000 mil;es and 120,000 miles you should do your timing belt. But first make sure you do not have a timg chain. If you have a timing chain, you never have to change it at all.

Its a good idea to replace timing belt and water pump at the same time, if the pump is mounted behind the belt, related to the costs.
The belt itself may not be that expensive, but its important to replace the timing belt before its failure.
FYI, Recomended Timing Belt Replacement Interval on Toyota Sienna is 90,000 miles.
