First check the fuse. If not the fuse, find the fan relay which is on the firewall under the hood next to the blower. This is most likely the problem. It could also be the blower switch on the dashboard, but my guess is "the relay".

How do i replace switch for heater in my 2004 Grand prix

more than likley its the heater motor its self but befor you change anything remove the trim around the radio and heater then remove the screws from the bracket that holds the heater controll in place then gently pull it out of the hole there and remove the plug on the back it will be the one on the right if looking at the controll knobs, then using a test light turn heater on and touch each contact to see if you get power there if so then more than likley the heater controll if fine and the heater motor is bad this happen alot more than you think those controlls rarley go bad usualy its the motor and to get to this, you remove the underside of the dash on the passenger side and you should see the heater motor next to the door area just in the corner under the glove compartment, it is possable you may have to remove the glove compartment incert as well mine has 3 screws holding it in 10mm heads with a philips "+" slot in the center of each screw head it sounds worse than it is its not hard at all to change but again befor removing unplug the connecter there and using the test light with the heater on test each lead to see if power is coming through if it is then motor is bad if not that doesnt mean the controller is it could be the blower relay its located next to the blower if it goes bad then the heater blower wont come on either except high providing the resister has a pass through it it doesnt it will not come on at all

Blower on the heater/AC not working on 1998 Escort, checked fuse under dash?

Ok, first off, check the fuses under the dash. If they're all good, does the blower work only on high speed? If yes, then you have a bad blower motor resistor, which is located under the hood, near the blower motor itself. If the motor doesnt work at all at any fan speed, make sure the wiring harness that plugs into the motor under the hood is clean and tightly installed. If it still doesnt operate, sometimes tapping on the blower motor housing will kick it on, but if that doesnt work, you may have to replace the blower motor. They are available aftermarket, and arent usually too expensive.
