Question about 1999 Volvo S80
If this engine has the variable cam timing u will need specialty tools to put it back in time,the dealer usually has them but they are over $600, i think it would just be easier to take it to a shop with a good reputation in your area or to the dealer,if u attempt it yourself and get it wrong it could result in internal engine damage,haop this helps
