Question about 2003 Cadillac CTS
The radio and windows share nothing in common electrically.
Each is powered on their own circuit.
The ONLY problem you could be experiencing is the Accessory Time Delay Module (AKA RAP Module)
This is a module that senses the vehicle is off - and allows some of your accessories like the radio, and lights to continue working for 15 minutes after the ignition is turned off, or you open the driver's door.
This module sounds like it has a bad ground, or bad internal switching relay.
This is a dealer-only part, and while you are there at the parts counter (should you decide to replace the module yourself) they can give you the exact location - as different trim levels have it located in different locations.
Thanks for using FixYa!! :)
