Somewhere under the dash close to the left of the steering wheel- or one of your signal bulbs is shot and needs replacing. flasher may be aluminum cylinder, like a small medicine bottle, or sort of square. should be able to just pull it out, and plug a new one in. in newer vehicles, good luck accessing any component under the dash!

1998 Town & Country flasher signal relay

Hello Mary,

You most likely need a new combination flasher. It's located in the relay box under the dash on the driver's side.

Autozone has them but their cost seems a little pricey for a flasher relay.

Blinkers don't work at all. Where can I find the fuse or relay? I'm very frustrated. I need help.

Chris, fuse could be down under the dash to the left kind of near where your left knee would be when you are driving or under hood (engine compartment) in the fuse/relay center.
It could also be faulty flasher, wiring, etc
I will post some trouble shooting links for you.

Code 480 on chrysler town and country 3.3, why fuse blows? Even after a fan has been replaced, and relay been replaced.

Probably.
The code means the computer detects the fan is not running after the computer has grounded the relay to turn it on.
If the fuse is blowing and you have replaced the fan motor, I would look for a problem in the wiring. If the fuse is not blowing, I would check for power at the relay and at the fan motor with the relay jumpered. Also check the ground circuit for the fan.

this is common problem with most vehicles unfortunatley no easy fix I suggest you take it to a shop the troubleshooting involved can be a nightmare trust me, could be actuall switches, the control boards, relays, shorts in wiring but if you want to attempt it yourself youll need an electrical repair manual for your car and diagrams as well as testing procedures for those affected circuits and a multi tester and test light... have fun I wish you luck with it I do this for a living and dont like it... I suggest taking it to the deasler or a good shop with electromechanic!

Turn signal does not work sometimes

If the problem occurs on either side, the blinker relay is getting tired.
These are mostly located under the dashboard and may be in a cylindrical can plugged into a mating connector.

If it is happening only on one side, you may have a corroded lamp socket or the bulb itself.
When the standard thermal blinker relay is used and a problem with contact or a complete bulb failure occurs, your dash indicator will blink more rapidly than usual since the blinker relay is dependent on having a certain amount of current flowing through it which controls the blink frequency.
