Question about 2001 Renault Sportwagon
That buzzing noise you hear is likely one or more of the relays chattering. basically you will have to replace all the ones that got wet inside. locate the fuse panel under the dash and the one in the engine compartment. put your finger on each one to located the one that is stuck. replace that one first. incidentally you can use wd-40 (penatrating oil) to get rid of the moisture as it doesn't conduct electricity.
