My 316 bmw se has water everywhere!!!

My bmw 316se 96 model has been licking oil slowly. Now the water seems to be everywhere in the ingine and seems to be vomiting out oil and water through the exhaust but still doing about half a mile before it goes red. i just stop it to cool down then then drive it again. the guys who saw it said it needs an engine to be changed. before it crambled it was just leaking oil then i took it on a 200 mile journey then after coming back it crambled. i love it. i still feel there is life in there anything i can try out before i give up guys. just wanna try it myself.

Sounds like you blew a head gasket..this usually happens if you overheated or it has alot of miles. Pick up a repair manual and it should walk you through replacing. You will need to be mechanically inclined to do this but if you read the manual i am sure u can handle it. good luck:)

Sounds like a head gasket or a crack in the head/block. Try some block seal from the local parts store, sometimes it works well.

Oil coming out from the middle of my 316 se 2002 plate

Common oil leaks on a 3 series are:
1) Power steering hoses. If you have not yet replaced any power steering hoses on a 2002 I can almost promise you that one or more of them are leaking.
2) Valve cover gasket. Same comment as above. This tends to leak on the exhaust manifold side and stink like burned plastic as the synthetic oil burns on the manifold.
3) Oil line to the VANOS.
4) Oil filter housing.
Oil from any of these leaks will tend to move rearward as it makes its way to the ground.

Over heating prob on 98 bmw 523i se

the problem could also be your radiator cap and you need to make sure that you don,t have an air bubble in the system you also have to have the right amount of anti freeze in it but try the cap first seems so simple but it is a good possibility. hope this helps

I have a 316 bmw an its overheating. i changed outside ratiator thermosat water pump an the head gaskets fine. could it be the inside ratiator

Definitely can be the radiator.... if not take second look at that head gasket look under cap for a creamish deposit, that one sign of coolant and oil mixing. Good Luck
