Cant find locaton of horn relay for a 2002 ford f-150 also need to know what the part number will be.

There isn't one. There is a big fuse on it though
15 25 A Horn.
Isn't is still under warranty?

Possible issue with security system? There is a central security module that can ground the horn relay. If the security system is the problem you can get it fixed, correctly or clip the wire that allows the central security module to ground the horn relay. I don't know if clipping that wire would have any adverse effects, if so splice the wire back together. Use your best judgement.

You'll probably have to find it to get the number off it. Do you have your owner's manual? It should show location of the horn relay.
Check the Power Distribution Box under the hood. The cover over it may show relay locations. Look on the underside of the cover.

The horn button supplies a ground to the horn relay.Start by pulling the plug at the base of the column,see if you can get a ground on one of the pins from the column when you pus the button.Or find the horn relay,and do the same test from there.You should find 12v on one on the relay socket pins,a ground on one(this will be the wire to the horn)and a ground on the 3rd pin when you press the horn button.

Under the hood in the fuse box. The lid for it should have a diagram on the inside. It'll tell you which one is the horn relay

The fuse for the horn (horn relay) is in the power distribution box located in the engine compartment (see picture below). That fuse in in the number 28 position (see other picture below) and the horn relay itself is located in the number 47 position. This information should be in your owners manual if you have one. The horn fuse for this 2002 ford f150 is located in the engine compartment fuse/relay box , heres a diagram of that box , i circled the fuse for the horn, it is in location f1.7. hope this is helpful. also you may want to check the horn relay thats also located in the same box and i circled that also. have a good day.

Did you check the fuse for the horn ? Engine compartment fuse panel, fuse #7, 20A

You can pull the horn relay, and jumper the normally open contacts to see if the fuse, horn and grounds for the horn are in working order ( this operates the horn without needing to use the horn button ).
The Horn relay is a half size Ford ISO relay in the engine compartment fuse panel ( check your owners manual to locate relay 206 ).

The crank sensor is pushed into the front timing cover near the crank pulley on the passenger side.

Maybe the horn relay is defective, I don't know if a fuse was used on the horn maybe a circuit breaker.
