Question about 2009 Jeep Patriot
Unsnap the air intake- there are plastic screws that hold them it in place. Open them up and take the intake piece out. Unclip the lid....take the filter out -replace and re-attach the air intake piece.

Remove the air intake pipes were it is situated.. if you dont feel confy doing this.. you might want to look in your owners manuel in the periodic maintenance section the will be complete desciption on how to replace air filters how to do oil chance.. basic stuff.. or else bring it to a garage...
