The fan might be bad, the switch could be bad, or the relay may be bad

2005 Honda CRV both rear sides do not lock control?

This sounds as if the childproof feature is turned on. The childproof feature will not allow the rear windows or locks to be operated. Read the owner's manual to determine how to turn the feature off.

What size light bulbs are used to replace behind temperature control panel (on the dials not the bottom buttons) on a 2005 CRV, are Sylvania bulbs available, or only a dealer part?

contact Sylvania direct on the net and quote the bulb size (dimensions)and wattage and ask if there is a aftermarket bulb to replace genuine ones with. As car manufacturers do not make bulbs there is every possibility that an after market will be available from the bulb manufacturer.

1997 Honda CRV temperature gauge spikes to Hot

You have to thank the Gauge that shuts down your engine when hot bec. it wont knock...you have to clean your radiator and see if the coolant inside it run through the radiator holes to the engine water jacket to make sure your engine will not over heat...For the fans, find the fan relay...it's under the hood in the fuse box...

It is likely the resistor or the dial itself. My 2001 with 77K on it started doing the same thing (and it's -11F out).
