Blowing through WHERE?... You mean the 'AIR VENTS?" What have you tried to do to fix it? Has anyone taken a look at the problem?.. .If so, what did they tell you? Have you checked the blower motor to see if it's working properly?.. Have you removed the in cabin air filter to see if it's clogged/dirty/filthy? Not enough information about the problem to help you.

Under the wipers is a plastic shield which keeps dirt out. REmove cover & you will see an air filter usually on the passenger side replace it.

Hyundai Sante Fe 2004 p0446p

P0446 means there is a higher than expected amount of vacuum in the fuel tank when purge is commanded. This can be caused by a canister close valve being stuck closed, but more likely, it is a restricted air inlet filter at/near the charcoal canister.

2003 hyundai sante fe leaking refrigerant. Where do I start

Get a leak detection kit from your local auto parts store. It's basically regular refrigerant with a dye added to aid in leak detection. When adding the leak detector, turn the truck on and the AC on HIGH. Add the leak detector and look for purple spots along the AC lines and compressor. Once found, you can make the repair but will have to completely evacuate the system prior to recharging with refrigerant. If no leak can be found, add refrigerant a 1lb can at a time until you get cold air from the vents.

2005 sante fe a/c blows warm air when idling @ stop light - works ok at higher speeds

You need to recharge your a/c, and check its fuses. It's not blowing cold air at all, even when you are driving, because when you are driving it is blowing in the cooler moving air from outside your vehicle.
