You are probably still under warranty on your car. You can purchase a repair book for your car at most parts dealers like Pep Boys.

Where is the fuse box that has the horn fuse in it

Ahhhh GM did such wonderful and innovative things in the 80's and 90's. My little Skylark (82) had the fuse panel in the glove box. Early re-intro-ed Monte Carlo/Impala had them at the dash ends. You open the door and wa-la there is the fuse panel for that side of the car. But I digress, sorry. The most likely place for your horn fuse is in a panel up along side the kickplate on the drivers side. Get ready to do the "fuse panel crouch." Be forewarned, there is also a fuse/relay panel under the hood. Hope it's just a fuse and not a horn relay. And as a side note: our Kia lost it's horn. Though it was fuse/relay etc. It was simply a wire unplugged from the horn.

Horn is out

there is either a small panel cover along sidde the dash on the drivers side, a small fuse block under the dash on the drivers side, or under the hood in the power distribution box. it will be a 10 amp fuse and is red in color. for addition info consult your owners manuel it has all the details.

I need to know what fuses control the horn in my car

From page 130 of my UK spec Focus manual (Right-hand drive): -

Central fuse box is located on the left hand side underneath the instrument panel .
Open the glove compartment. Push in both sides of the glove compartment and swivel it down completely.
The fuses are behind.

The horn and power seats are on fuse number 33, coloured yellow and rated at 20 Amps.

Horn stopped

I believe that the horn fuse is located on the passenger side of the dashboard. There is another fuse box there.

Why won't my horn work?

the horn is located behind the bumper, you will need a test light to test for voltage at teh horn connections, if there is 12 volts at horn connections, this means th horn is faulty.
if the horn is okay, check the horn relay - and if that is okay it could be the horn pad inside the car.
But it will most likely be the horn itself that is faulty.
Ask your local garage / mechanic if you are lost!!!
