2000 ford ranger 2wd rear driver side tire won't turn I can go in reverse but not forward any suggestions?

Thin brake lining have allowed the wheel cylinders to over extend locking the wheel. You will have to back off the adjuster to release the wheel. Remove rubber plug at the bottom of brake plate to access the adjuster. Also try opening the bleeder valve to relieve pressure at the wheel cylinder.

Can be transmission failing to unlock from Downshift or the Lockup Torque converter is failing to unlock.

2000 Ford ranger 3.0 L automatic granny will barley move in reverse but drives good in forward gears what would cause this?

My automatic granny doesn't move that fast either. It sounds as though your reverse gear is going out, the only thing I can suggest is taking it to a transmission repair shop... sorry =(

Clunking sound when beginning to move forward on my 1999 ford ranger

Check your driveshaft U-Joints. Also sometimes the calipers will shift back into position after you start moving.

Check under the seats and in the bed for rolling bottles or a loose jack.
