Have you checked base fuel pressure with a gauge ?
Have you figured out if you are loosing spark or fuel when the engine dies ?

87 Buick century 3.8l I replaced almost everything under the Hood plus fuel pump.filter runs great. Then starts missing like its running out of gas. But keep pumping the gas and it starts backfiring...

Is the check engine light on ?
If you really have replaced everything in the ignition and fuel system, that would leave the computer and the wiring harness.

I have a 91 buick century that suddenly dies and now is not getting any fuel. Possible bad fuel pressure regulator? or fuel vaccumm?

Bad fuel pump maybe. Turn the car on and stand near the rear of the car. If the fuel pump is running, you will hear it. Very high pitched whining noise. If it is all quiet, the pump not running. GM fuel pumps are loud.

'90 Buick Century dies often, will start again after sits 2 hrs

The fuel pump is starting to go. The fuel pump sending unit which is part of the fuel pump is over heating in time and shutting down. This is causing the fuel pump to shut down.
I would replace the fuel pump and filter.

Good luck

Starts fine, Idles fine, Drives Fine for a while

you might want to chk. the crank sensor and or cam sensor. sounds more to me that it could be fuel problem. chk. fuel pressure. pump could be on its way out. don't be fooled by hearing the pump running as they sound like they are pumping but there not, at least not enought pressure to keep it running. pressure should be around 50 p.s.i.
