Clean around the throttle plate in the throttle body with carb cleaner and check that the throttle cable is not frayed and hanging up in the cable covering. Not sure that is your problem but it's a quick and important first check.

Where is brake light switch 2001 grand cherokee

Usually, the brake light switch sits just behind the brake pedal. There should be a bracket with two-four bolts that hold it in. There will be a button the is depressed when the brakes are lightly pressed.

My night time running lights won't turn on in a 1997Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo. How do i fix it?

Might just be the fuse is blown. It could be labeled license plate/park lamp fuse in the fuse box.

Trying to find a serpentine belt size with out Ac for a 1997jeep grand cherokee laredo. V8, 5.2L

You're not going to find a serpentine belt for that truck without AC because it didn't exist. They all had AC standard, which means, whether or not you RUN an AC system the compressor has to remain installed since the pulley was part of the serpentine routing.

actually it could be something as simple as low on brake fluid. check this and then check to make sure you do not have worn brake pads on the tires this can also set a code when one tire stops quicker than the other
