Usually no there is not another size gasket but make sure that you have the correct eng. size and whether the car is EPA or California emissions some toyota parts for some reason depend on this information.

Oil leaking valve cover replace

did you miss the word how?
how do I replace a VC gasket?
the how is covered in the service manual, FSM and on line everyday
at alldata dot com.
but in short, since time immemorial.
1: unbolt VC
2: scrape off old. using plastic scraper on alum engines.
3: buy new felpro gasket, put it on with sealant if it tells you to do that. (read the docs with gasket set)
4: set back the VC
5: done.

1993 Toyota Celica GT oil leak from front of engine block

The most common cause of all oil leaks is the valve cover gasket. The oil drips down from there and covers everything. If your valve cover is leaking, replace it first.

Then the second most common leak in the front of the engine is the crankshaft seal. This seal should have been replaced when the timing belt is replaced as you have everything removed to get to it, and the seal is easy to replace. However if it is not replaced at that time then you will have to remove everything again to access it. The seal is 3 or four dollars, but the labor is two to three hours and you should replace the timing belt, idler pulleys, tensioner and water pump when you are in there, as that will all be removed. Hope this help. Good luck :O)

Is it easy to replace the thermostat on celica 94''GT

Yes, Drain the cooling system to a level that is lower then the lower rad hose and where it meets the engine at the thermostat housing. Disconnect the cooling fan switch at the housing and squeeze the hose clamp flanges together to remove the radiator hose from the housing. Then remove the retianing nuts from the housing cover. Once removed note the position of the air bleed valve of the old thermostat while in the housing (bleed valve hole is normally on the top /facing up) Pull out thermostat and gasket. Note that the rubber gasket fits over/around the edge of the thermostat. Replace with new thermostat and gasket making sure the air bleed valve is in same position as previous and spring end is directed into the engine. Install the cover and bolts and tighten/torque accordingly. Reattach the hose to fitting and tighten hose clamp and reconnect cooling fan connector to end. Restart engine and allow to warm up sufficiently and check for leaks and heat in cabin compartment. Done. good luck.

My celica is burning oil

Your car is probably burning oil through the piston rings due to wear. The valve cover gasket will show signs of leaking from the space between the valve cover and the head. Remove one of your spark plugs and see if it is black and oily. You can try using a little thicker oil than what you have now or just add a little in as it burns off. Buy a quart of name brand 20w/50 and use that to top off the oil as it burns off. You should notice a difference.

I have oil inside one of my spark plug departments

U need to replace the valve cover gasket and the spark plug well seals which come with the new valve cover gasket set, use a FELPRO brand gasket set much cheaper than a factory set and equal or better quality.
