94 3100 wire harness. I have a white and brown wire into a red plug loose where does it go?

only one brown/white wire in the diagram I found, but I wouldn't expect that wire to be near the ignition system or to have any effect on it.

1990 Buick Regal 3.1 has rough idle, hesitates and dies when accelerating.

A lot of new parts! Have a compression test done to gauge the engine's internal condition, and go from there. If compression is good on all 6 cylinders, scan for trouble codes. The compression test may find your problem, something like an exhaust valve burned or not seating properly.

1992 buick lasaber headlight wont shut off most time

The light switch in the door has a wire going to the relay. The wire flexes when the door opens and so breaks and is intermittent. A bundle of wires are in the rubber accordion hose at the door hinge. Cut a **** into that to expose the wires. Probably by flexing the wires individually you can identify which one is for the headlight and where the break is. So you'll need to splice in another piece of wire to fix it. There is not much space to work, but your spliced wire can be a comfortably sized loop, and you can use twist connectors or just twist and glue the ends together.
