Question about 1995 Honda Accord
Your distributer is probably the cause. They are a common problem among hondas. Car will turn over but not start and run right? No spark from spark plugs or tach too. To be sure its not a snapped timing belt, see if you have compression by removing a spark plug and put your finger or some sort of similar object in the hole and see if when cranking the car up if it blows out the object of your finger. I'd bet its the distributer to be honest..but check compression first.
