Question about 2000 Chevrolet Silverado 1500
When I turn the key the truck tries to start but wont. I'll stop, then try again while giving it some gas and it starts right up. What could be the problem?
TRY CLEANING THE THROTTLE BODY. THERE MAY BE EXCESSIVE CARBON BUILDUP CAUSING TOO LITTLE AIRFLOW AT IDLE. IF THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON YOU MAY NEED TO HAVE TRUCK SCANNED FOR TROUBLE CODES IF THIS DOESNT WORK. GOOD LUCK!
