1991 seville blower motor wont shut off except by disengaging battery ground.Fuses didnt shut it off,what next?

REPLACE THE BLOWER CONTROL MODULE. IT IS LOCATED IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AT BACK CLOSE TO WINSHIELD. IT HAS 2 CONNECTORS AND IS UNDER FUSES AND RELAYS PANEL NEAR FIREWALL. IT STICKS DOWN IN BLOWER CASE AND HAS 7MM SCREWS HOLDING IT IN PLACE. GOOD LUCK!
