Question about 2002 Hyundai Accent

Open Question

I have a hyundai accent 2002. the stereo lights up on the left and middle but doesnt light up on the right side where it says the track numbers from a cd or radio station when you turn the lights on in the car. You can see the track numbers or radio station during the day but not at night when you have to turn your lights on. how do i fix it? Its a h260bo10 stock stereo. I have already removed the stereo so I can work on it. I just need to know what to do with it now.

I have a 2002 Hyundai Accent (UK RHD). I've had a headlight go out, side lights and full beam still work. I've changed the bulb and fuse but its still dim. Ran out of ideas...


Hi ,Check the light bulb,see if its seat in the seats properly 'for earth' and the light terminals for dirts ,grease,or corrosion.clean if needs to.I think its a Earth problems

Pry cover off, replace light, or maybe you can get to it from underneath, probably no though on this car.

Which 2 wiers are the power wiers to the car radio


Hello ruben
These color codes are for the factory radio harness. there are 3 +power wires if you have a pwr antenna, this wire is pink. The ign/acc +pwr. wire is blue with black stripe, the radio memory +pwr.
wire is orange with a black stripe. Hope this helps.

There's only one relay, but two fuses, both located in the underhood fuse/relay box.

53ee18a.jpg Sounds like you have a wiring problem since sometime the left works and the right doesn't, then the right works then the left doesn't. Might be the multi-function switch on the steering column in combination with the connector M10-1, EM01, SE14 & 16.

Left side only speakers stopped working for a 2002 Hyundai Accent


you probably pulled the left speaker wires apart when trying to get it out. there should be enough slack in the wires to pull out or they wouldn't have been able to hook them up. the only way to fix it is to take the player out. if you don't think you can do it have someone who can do it. ( the wires might just be caught up on something, try wiggling a little to free them)
