On the left side of the A\C control panel hold down the top and bottoms buttons with the engine running and at full operating temperature, the blower speed on high, the mode set to vent, and the temp lever(s) set to full cold. When the lights on the panel come on solid and then start flashing release buttons. It will take about 2 minutes or less for it to calibrate. when the top left button is flashing you are done. Press that button once or restart van all function should be normal.

1998 dodge caravan. AC problem. My AC doesnt work, the lights on the dash are blinking. I took the Van to C-Tire to get the AC recharged as the AC clutch was not turn when the van is running. C-tire did a...

do this calibration reset, it will usually rest he lights and the ac will work again, if it doesn't reset you have a part failure and the dealer you need to hook a Chrysler scan tool to diagnose the problem.

CALIBRATION/DIAGNOSTICS TEST ENTRY
TO INITIATE TESTS:
Set Blower motor ON HIGH
Set Mode position to Panel
Set Temperature to Cold (Both slide pots if equipped)
Depress WASH and REAR WIPER button simultaneously for 5 Seconds (Until all LED's light)
RESULTS:
All LED's will turn on for 5 Seconds
Calibration Test is running when REAR WIPER and INTERMITTENT are alternately flashing. Cooldown test is running if A/C and RECIRC are alternately flashing.
Acceptable results is REAR WIPER LED is the only LED flashing. Push Rear Wiper to exit.
After all tests have passed, Calibration Diagnostics and Cooldown can be run separately

Lights are blinking on ac control after i changed the battery on

Either needs recalibration, or control unit. Press the wiper and wiper washer buttons simultaniously, and wait for them to start blinking one then the other. Then press the recirc button and the washer button same as above. Should be calibrated after this.

AC & Rear wiper switch button indicator lights blink

The procedure for re-setting the HVAC control panel on a 1998 Dodge Grand Caravan follows:
With ignition on but not running
1. turn knob to air vents
2. turn fan knob to ON
3. temperature setting on COLD (2X) {I have dual temp controls}
4. hold top(rear wiper) and bottom (rear wiper with wash) buttons pressing down together until all the buttons cycle through (this will require 1 to 2 minutes of continuous pressing)
I learned this from a very helpful local Dodge service adviser

Replaced battery, then dash AC amber light flashes on/off.

You could do 2 things...have the codes read and reset at a parts store or try to take both wires off the battery and try to reset the codes.

Where is the low pressure switch for my Honda Odyssey 2003 AC ?

The A/C pressure switch is located in the high pressure line (the skinny one) on the passenger side of the engine compartment just under the fuse/relay box. The switch has three functions: <28 psi, the switch opens to protect the compressor from lack of lubrication. >220 psi, the switch shifts the radiator and compressor fan to high speed. >455 psi, the switch opens to protect the compressor seals. Check to see if you have any powertrain DTC's first. A faulty engine coolant temp sensor can cause problems with the compressor clutch relay. If the radiator and compressor fan come on with the A/C on but the compressor clutch does not operate, check the compressor clutch relay. You can also obtain Heater control panel diagnostic trouble codes (DTC's) by turning the ignition switch on. Then turn fan switch off. Press recirc button to select recirc air. Press and hold recirc to turn off recirc air but this time continue to hold the button down until recirc light comes on for two seconds and then goes off. If there is any trouble, the recirc light will then blink a code (if no trouble, the light will remain off) 1 blink = problem in air mix control motor circuit. 2 blinks = a problem in mode control motor circuit. 3 blinks = a problem in evaporator temperature sensor circuit. (this one could be a factor in your case) Turn the ignition switch off to end the test.

Hot air blowing with climate control off.

you may have an air mix motor problem or a mode control motor problem. there is a test you can do that may help: 1. turn the ignition switch on. 2. turn the fan switch off. 3. press the recirc control button to select recirc (recirc indicator light comes on.) 4. press and hold the recirc button to select fresh (recirc indicator goes off). Continue to hold the the button down until the recirc indicator comes on for two seconds and then goes off. If the system is okay, the recirc indicator will stay off. If there is a problem, the recirc indicator blinks a code to indicate a fault. 1 blink=air mix control motor/circuit fault. 2 blinks= mode control motor/circuit fault. 3 blinks= evaporator temp sensor circuit fault. In case of multiple problems, the recirc indicator will only blink the code with the least number. write back if this test shows a code and we'll go from there.
