95 jetta bogging

Hello, i have a 95 jetta and for some reason when im on the highway or driving at higher rpms the car wants to bog down or just have a really irritate idle to it once i start to slow down. i did a ton of research and came up with a pcv valve possibility so i checked it there is oil in my intake and the small hose from the valve cover to the bottom of the pcv valve is cracked and has oil around it. im not sure if this could cause this but its becoming really hard to drive it this way (stalling and bogging) thanks for your help in advance!

Ignition coils has to be the answer. if it was the fuel pump your car wouldnt start. So i would say contact audi. they should have sent you a letter in the mail. We have the same car and i got a letter from them. ignition coils are the recall for the 02 a4.

My integra bogs down at higher rpms

First run a tank of a strong fuel system cleaner like BG-44K. If that doesn't help, clean the throttle body. If that doesn't help, take it to a mechanic.

Engine bogs and studders in low rpms usualy when warm

this maybe a fuel problem check fuel filter. also clean maf sensor, (manifold air flow). YOU CAN GO TO ANY AUTO PARTS STORE AND BUY A CAN OF MAF SENSOR SPRAY. FOLLOW DIRECTIONS ON CAN CAREFULLY. as long as you have the spray clean iat sensor, (Intake air temperature) it is in big hose from air filter to throttle body. it just pulls out from hose. it would not hurt to make sure the plugs are ok. because these two sensors have a lot to do with the load on engine as well as the map sensor.
