94 acura legend idles fast and slow when initally starting

The idle is fast and slow, fast and slow when I first start the car. It happened after I needed to jump the battery. Is it possible the battery is not fully charged and this is causing the problem?

The butterfly valve inside your throttle body may be loose causing your idle problem. have it inspected to see if it is.

Why would my 2002 ford explorer 4x4 will jump or jerk if i have to go slow or take off too fast ?

A common issue is the PCV valve elbow. It cracks and creates a vacuum leak. Vacuum leaks are more noticeable at low rims, which could explain why you have the symptoms you do. Did this happen suddenly, or was there smaller hints like hard starting or a fast idle that normally isn't there?

What are common problems with the '89 Collection Rouge v12

Some of the most common problems I encountered with my 1984 V12 (most of which you will find on yours):
  1. Electrical wiring faults, especially poor ground connections (thanks to Lucas Electric);
  2. Misadjustment of the two throttle butterflies (tricky adjustment for mechanics who do not understand it);
  4. Failure of the fuel injector lines causing serious engine fires;
  5. Poor fuel economy, often under 10 m.p.g. in-town (nothing you can do about this);
  6. Rough idle caused by bad spark plug wires, followed by failure of the ignition coil;
  7. Starter failure (annoying and happens without warning);
  8. Leaky valve cover gaskets;
  9. Failure of the plastic cooling fan (it flies apart when it gets old... replace with a non-plastic fan if possible);
  10. Lack of performance due to the car never being "opened up." (You need to drive it hard & fast sometimes.)

Replaced mega fuse now wont start

Putting reverse polarity to a battery will do more damage then blowing a fuse. Chances are you could have taken out the ECM and possibly the TCM

If my car jump time would it still try to turn over but slow?

You have a timing chain which should last 150,000 miles or more.
It could jump time and it could crank slowly but I doubt it.
Do you know if the battery is fully charged ?
Was anything wrong before you replaced the battery ?
Did you try to crank the engine after it cooled off ?

88 rx7 run but wont start

The FC3S is notorious for this and fueling issues. Check all ground points, battery cables and connections. Check the draw from the starter. If the voltage drops below 10V there is not enough power for the ignition, causing weak spark. It really needs to spin over 200rpm cranking. Pop starting does not necessarily mean the compression is good. You need to make sure it cranks fast enough to get a proper compression test with rotary tester, New NGK plugs, new NGK plug wires.

After i had to jump start my 2006 mitsubishi galant, the engine started to rev up pretty high and when I put it in gear it went rolling kind of fast. I don't feel I can control the acceleration. What do I...

One possibility is you have corrupt data in the engine computer parameter memory due to the low voltage and jump-starting surges. Disconnect the battery, wait ten minutes, then reconnect the battery and follow the engine computer training procedure (this may be titled "After Changing the Battery") in your owner's manual. Usually it's something on the order of letting the engine idle for a period of time, shifting through the gears if you have an automatic transmission, then driving normally.

Guages stop and irratic idle with dimming lights

what probley happened the alternator started to heat up alittle to much and caused the belt to spin on the pulley i would go ahead and get the alternator replaaced as soon as possible. as for the lights dimming and the gauges not working you was running off your battery making the vehicle mess up i would also get your battery checked while your at it.
