Try jerking on them real quick and see if they go back, if that doesn't work you may have to take the trim off to get to them it may be they have overlapped themselves and wont move.

You may have to carry to dealer if the air bag were deployed the seat belts probably will not work. Its hard to say without knowing if the airbags have or have not been deployed. Still you could remove the trim piece covering it and see if something is wrong. But it seems funnyu its both of the front seat and not just one that leads me to believe the airbags have deployed and if so you may or may not be able to reset them.

How do I change the belts on my 2006 Hyundai Elantra?

You will need a floor jack to support the engine and a jack stand, along with the tools to take loose the alternator, compressor and adjustor for the main belt. You will need to take off the passenger side front wheel, and take loose the engine mount )support the engine with the floor jack before taking loose the engine mount on the fender. Only loosen and take loose the mount from the engine side. This needs to be pulled out of the way along with the tire in order to have access to the belts. start at the outer most belt and work in to remove the belts, then do the reverse for the install.

Where can i get a replacement seat belt for an elantra 2000 20001 model?

For sure at the Hyundai Dealer.
You can try "junk" garages.
Last: You can buy some of the belt for towing from auto parts store or Home Depot and replaced. You have to stich very well at the ends. It is easy.

Seat belt stuck will not come out on passenger side

I had an issue like this on a mustang I used to own. I hope this trick will work for you. Take a hammer and gently tap on the belt roller as you **** and release the belt. You may need to do this a few times. On my belt.. the roller was stuck in the locked position and I had to "unlock" it by jarring it and releasing the pressure. If this fails, you may need to replace the belt assembly. Hope this helps.
