The outlet drain hose/pipe from the Internal air intake, to the outside world, is plugged up. Locate it and rake out the deris, then Happiness.

What causes water to come in passenger footwell?

Is it fresh water or engine coolant? It may not be coming from the outside of the car. If your heater core has a leak, it may be leaking into the passenger compartment. If this is the case, you also run the risk of running low on engine coolant and overheating or damaging you engine.

Leak under dashboard

The only fluids under the dash are coolant that circulates through the heater core, or if you have a manual transmission a failed clutch master cylinder can leak brake fluid under the dash right where clutch pedal is located. If the heater core is leaking, it usually shows up on the passenger side. If it is just plain water, you need to check how rain water could be getting in past the firewall and under the dash.

I have water leaking from the bottom of my dash on the passenger side of my 1991 cadilac broughan, what could be the problem

It's probably the core in the heating system. Coolant from the radiator is circulated through a very small heater core inside the car to provide heat. It will probably leak worse if the heater is turned on, since that allows pressurized coolant into the heater. The fan speed won't matter, just whether the heat lever is set to Hot or Cold.
If you open the hood, you should see 2 hoses going to the firewall near where your leak is. Usually, the hoses attach to the core there at the firewall. Typically, they are black, about 3/4" -1" in diameter. There is a small chance one of the hose clamps is loose, and the coolant is dripping from it, and running inside the car, in which case you just need to tighten it.

Leaks on inside Toyota Corrolla on the passenger side

It could be water condensing from the A/C and dripping onto the passenger rug. Check under the passenger side dashboard, above the footwell, for the drain pipe from the A/C. If it's loose the water may leak into the footwell when the A/C is running. Should be reasonably easy to fix.

Water leak on passenger side on 99 chevy s 10 not anterfreeze, leaks when not being driven

there is only one thing that leaks water there, that is the AC condensation drain, water forms as part of the AC cooling the evaporator core, this water must be drained away or it will flood onto passenger area, so there is a drain on the passenger side at bottom of firewall, will leak allot of water depending on how humid the air is.

Fluid leaking onto the front passenger side floorboards.

2004 TB 60,000 miles. i was just told that the leaking fluid in my passenger side floorboard was do to a clogged up A/c hose. An A/C works by drying/ removing the moisture from the air inside the vehicle and cooling it. The accumulated fluid is usually evacuated under the vehicle which is what you see when people are stopped at a red light and there is dripping under their car. when a hose is blocked there is a vent that from some reason flows directly into the passenger side floor board. If you can not manually knock loose the block your probably going to have to take it to a mechanic.

Windshield washer fluid hose is leaking behind front right wheel

I had the same problem. Reservoir would drain for no reason and I later found that the water was soaking the passenger side carpet and filling the wire channel under the doors. Tracked the problem to a barbed fitting behind the passenger side kick panel, just below the dash. The fitting connects the tubing coming through the firewall from the reservoir to the rear wiper/washer. The hose had come loose from the fitting (possibly due to freezing). I re-installed the tubing onto the the fitting and it has been fine ever since.
