What are the tightening torques of all clutch plate pressure plate flywheel bolts of 2279cc slant engine vauxhalls

I have some original manuals for the model somewhere and the Kent-Moore service tool for adjusting the valve clearances. There isn't much information in my general data book but the flywheel bolts are 66 Nm.

The clutch cover bolts do have a torque value but I don't have it to hand and have never used it or heard of anyone using it. Good sense will suffice.
The important thing is to tighten the cover bolts a little at a time evenly until tension is felt and then it is sufficient to "knip" them a little further. There should be a spring washer under each cover bolt head and it is important they and the bolts are all identical

I cant find the crank shaft position sensor circuit A on my vauxhall\opel zafira 02 any ideas?

why are you looking? context, tells that and so we can know job, at hand or what service, is being done. (context)
im curious, or?
ideas' its in the FSM. covers all engines used in that car.
you never posted what engine.!
to fix car engines, you must first know what is there.

1.6 L Family 1 I4 (petrol)
1.8 L Family 1 I4 (petrol)[3]
2.0 L Family II turbo I4 (petrol)
2.2 L Family II I4 (petrol)
2.0 L X20DTL I4 (diesel)
2.2 L Y22DTR I4 (diesel)
on most cars the VIN tells you that
or the chassis serial and ID PLATE.
or just look at it. if not diesel then the displacement in this case
discloses what engine it is.
the other shoe drops:.....
does car run,?
does it misfire.
are the OBD2 Scan does, for CKP?
there are X engines, and L engines. (gm)
go here.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opel_Zafira
click YOUR engine and land on wiki page for your engine
and bingo the full letter name(code) for your engine.
eg: click 2.0
and find its a L61 engine. GM

or post VIN, or body tag. it has the engine codes , post them.
one of the most hard cars in earth to track engines used, reads like bad dream..

I have a 1998 Holden Astra eng noEL20B24119 and want to know the Head bolt torque settings and sequence. The engine is the transition model with twin tappet cover seals. has the torx star headed bolts.

I cannot find a EL20B in my data, but all Astra listed had the same head sequence as shown:

10 6 2 3 7

9 5 1 4 8

the torque specs for the C20XE,C20NE,X20XEV were all
25nm(18lb/ft),-then 90 deg,-90deg,-90deg.
Z20LET were as above plus an additional 15deg.
Same data for smaller and larger engines(except a couple that were 45deg instead of 15)
Make sure that you replace the head bolts with new, they are torque to yield bolts that are designed to stretch to 'plastic' state, and should not be reused.
Put grease(graphite if you have it) under bolt heads and washers, oil the threads.
Usually the head sets come with the torque specs.
I hope this helps you.
