Question about 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee
You haven't changed everything...map sensor controls spark and fuel mixture as does the throttle position sensor, also check the idle control valve...Don't just buy stuff...do testing first.

Had similar trouble with a 1998 TJ 4.0. replaced plugs, wires, cap, rotor, fuel pump. An engine code lead me to change the rear O2 sensor. Nothing worked until I changed the front O2 sensor. It did the trick!!!
