If your ball joints or tie rod ends are loose in the front end, this is the most likely cause of "death wobble." Unfortunately, these joints are no serviceable, and there are no aftermarket options available at this time, though some manufacturers are close to offering serviceable replacements.
Your best bet is to source replacement parts from the dealer, or an online distributor such as moparpartsamerica.com to tighten up the front end.

Jeep brakes broken

Many Wrangler JK's have lift, but few people extend their brake lines. This is particularly important for Rubicon models. The Rubicons are capable of insane wheel travel, by stretching the wheel travel further (lifted?) you could exceed the length of the feeble factory brake lines. Crown manufactures brake line extensions for Wranglers, specifically for lifts.

sounds like your switch is stuck on push the horn a couple times to see if it will stop if it doesnt you need to replace the switch which is in the steering wheel or you can take the fuse out or just unhook the horn

2002 Jeep Wrangler transfer case won't go into 4 wheel drive.

02 wranglers transfer case requires a full pull back to engage. If still not engaging, you may have a vacumm issue. seek a service center or dealer.

Front end shacking when I run over small bump in road.

If it is still under warranty take it to the dealer. You could have at a minimum have thrown the weights off the tires. But anything like tie rod ends or belts in the tires could be bad.

Trouble shifting into 4 wheel drive

The lever is hooked up to a cable system that hooks into each type of drive. It could be that the wire hook end is missing the notch to engage in 4x4 and passes it instead. You can get easy access to it directly underneath the shifter under the jeep.
