I have not had this problem yet with my van, however had a similar problem in an older camaro. it sounds like the heater core has a leak, if it smells like antifreeze in the vehicle, that would probably be your heater core. A new heater core at autozone would run a little over 100.00. you will have to remove it from under the dash. Autozone has access to free manuals online, you must register to gain access. this will give you a step by step instructions needed to remove and replace the unit. Good Luck!

Do you have A/C on your Caravan?
It may for a blocked A/C drain tube.
Look under the passenger area from under the vehicle for the drain area and clear the tube.......just go as high into the tube as necessary to clear it .....if you go too high you could damage the evaporator in the heater,A/C assembly and....watch out for water coming your way!

SOURCE: Front and rear floor wet in Dodge Caravan after driving in rain.

on the floor of your Van, you have drain plugs. One of these could have come loose, or is in need of repair. If you can look under your van in these areas you may find a round rubber plug. Check them and make sure they are tight. This may help.

dodge sells a small 90 degree hose that slips over the drain on the fire wall about $6.00 . this will solve the problem.

Is it wet with water or coolant? If it is coolant you have a damaged heater core. If it is water it could be from a windshield with a bad seal, a leak in the floor or possibly an air conditioning system with a plugged drain tube. There is nothing else that would bring water in from the vehicle. If your are a cold climate and snow gets in on someone's boots it will melt and wait till dry weather to clear.

The floor on the front passenger side is staying soaking wet with water the water is not dripping down on floor

Suspect leaking AC condensate drain line, unless it smells like anti-freeze, in which case its the heater core.

2005 dodge caravan leaking on the driver side and passenger side floor. the rain water is dropping from corner of the roof.

The rear ac evaporator box is not draining very well, and it is blowing the condensation up threw the vents, most likely. The drain should be under the rear passengers side wheel well.

Plugged drain tube.

Check under the hood, on the firewall, passenger side. Tube comes off the bottom of the evaporator housing (this is the box where the a/c lines enter the firewall). Usually a rubber tube that directs condensation from the evaporator housing to the outside. This tube often plugs with dirt.

Water leak passenger side in dodge caravan 2005 carpet soaked

look at the firewall on the engine side and you will see a small stub hose coming out on passenger side about even with the bottom of the heater box inside. that hose drains condensation from the ac...clear it out and you will have a dry floor. (unless heater core is leaking but you didn't mention any overheat or coolant loss so likely that's not a problem)
