Question about 1999 Nissan Pathfinder
With out a doubt it is over fueling ,should be a small amount on heavey acceleration,on startup the is an overinjection feature to aid starting,If you go to a deisel injectionservice centre they can cut the fuel back .In the worst case scenario you may need the injectors serviced and unless it has doneone hell of a lot of miles the pump shouldnt need any more than adjustment.One thing you need to be aware of is they must have clean fuel , no skimping on filters---------happy motoring
