Question about 1997 Lincoln Continental

1995 Lincoln Continental Heated Seats switch?

I have a 1995 Lincoln Continental and I can't figure out how to turn on the heated seats. I checked the fuse and it's hooked up fine but I cannot find a switch anywhere. I also unfortunatley never got the owners manual because the car was used. there's nothing on the seats besides the button for the air bag inside the seats. Where would the switch or button be located?

Look in the front under the ashtray for two switches.
call a ford dealer, they will be able to help as well, probably for free.

2008 lincoln navigator heated/cooled seats turn off in seconds both sides

Heated seats have a circuit breaker instead of a fuse. Both sides work off the same breaker. This is what I would replace first. It's on the cabin fuse panel. Look in your owners manual to find it.

Heated / cooled seats on the passenger side is not working. The lights on the switch will come on for about 60 seconds and then turn off. If you press the switch again nothing happens.

Need a scan tool & factory diagnostic manuals to work on the
seats & the heat.

Could be about eight different things

Could be a under seat blower motor

Nothing you can do or most shops will touch,
unfortunately a dealer doesn't work on them
either, but they have a outside seat person come
in after the service bays close at night to do seats

Heated set will not work.

The elements that heat the seats have failed. you will need to replace these failed seat elements asap if possible. These elements are embedded in the actual seats.

Heated and cooled seats quit working. won't work on either driver's or passanger's seats. checked the fuses and relays and they are all ok. what's wrong?

Remove fuses 10 and 11 in the underhood junction box. Leave out for 5 minutes then reinstall. If the seats start working your Zephyrs dual climate control seat module will need replaced.

Heated seats 1999 lincoln navigator

the fuse is #110, it is in the power distribution box under the hood, it also runs the moon roof, so if the moon roof works the fuse is good, if this is the case the heated seat switch is the likely cause and by far the most common..
