Wheel speed sensors misadjusted, damaged , or metal shavings and other debree, since they are magnetic can give false readings from one of the wheel circuits. Over sized tires can give of false speed readings as well. there are many other causes including bad relay, control module, e.t.c. It is best to have the proper scan tool to diagnose an ABS problem

If the ABS light stays on all the time, your Antilock Brake System (ABS) is malfunctioning. The most common problems on GM vehicles are failed wheel speed sensors and/or wheel bearing assemblies. Your vehicle is equipped with 2 wheel speed sensors for the front wheels and uses the signal from the Vehicle Speed Sensor (VSS) for the rear wheels. There are several other possible causes as well. You must scan the Antilock Brake Control Module to find out why the light is on, then diagnose the fault accordingly.

No breaker. Inside the under hood fuse and relay box there is a relay and fuse. You need to take it to a shop and have them scan for the reason why the light is on. That way you don't throw parts at it until one of them fixes it.
