Question about 1990 Toyota Camry
Ore than likely, you have a broken power wire going to the master control switch. Remove the switch, unplug the connector, and see if you have 12 volts with the key on. If not, you have a broekn wire where it comes from the body, at the left kick panel, into the door. I have repaired many 89-90s with this exact same issue.
