I have a 2000 gmc sierra. it has a number 7 cylinder missfire. iv changed the plugs, wires, and coil. i have good comprression and good fuel pressure. wut could b the problem

Check the fuel injector to that cylinder for power and ground, its best to use a noid light to check for proper firing. It would likely be plugged, no power or internally open electrically and not opening the injector to fire. See if you get it scanned at a parts retailer for better diagnosis. If its easy to access, remove it and swap with the fuel injector next to it. If the misfire changes to Cyl #5 then you know its no good.

I have a 02 ford mustang and it is misfiring more then one piston is misfiring i have changed celoniod, top engine cleaner , cleaned intake, checked the catalytic converter, changed plug wires

Go to Autozone or Oreillys and get a FREE scan. This scan will identify the cylinder that is misfiring. Your model may have a Crank and Cam sensor that is failing. These components replace Distributors in function.

A scanner should identify the problem.

I have changed the plugs and wire's and still get a missfire in #5 cyl.

If you have a OBD II reader or a scan tool then after you repaired the problem you should have cleared the code.
If you did clear the code, and still has misfire code, then you still have the coil to replace, and possibly the cam sensor.
Please let me know what you find.

05 Impala missfire code 301 have changed

check intake for vaccum leaks, the gasket also and egr valve, thats alot of parts to have replaced without diagnosing first, if there are no fuel leaks and you said all injectors were replaced then you have a defective fuel pump, also these engines had misfire problem because of dirty injector but you replaced them so count that out. good luck.
