I NEED A DIAGRAM OR PICTURE OF THE AC DRAIN TUBE

I had the same water leak issue with my 2005 uplander LT. I seal around the drain tube with RTV and I actually put a flexible plastic tube on the drain at the firewall to make sure water wasn't coming in. Although this is a known common problem. It did not fix my water leak. What I found is the body seam weld at the driver's side kick panel down by the parking brake pedal was leaking. Pull the carpet back and have someone spray the windshield with a water hose and look for leaks in this area. I had to loosen the driver's side fender to pull it away enough so that I could RTV (sealant) all of the seams in that area. I have not had a water problem since.

1999 isuzu amigo water in passenger and driver floorboard no antifreeze smell at all.

this sounds like a build up of condensation (water) possibly in your ac/heat ducting or possibly in the plastic casings under the dash that house some of the heating and cooling components. cold ac components close to warm or hot heating components will lead to water build up this is why there should be a drain tube for the plastic housing under the dash board that leads to the outside of the vehicle. this drain tube may be clogged or may be disconnected and not draining to the outside but instead its allowing the water to fall into the area under your dash board. FYI you can sometimes see these drain tubes drip water on cars that use their air conditioner a lot, it looks like the car is leaking water from the bottom but it's just the water draining away from cool air conditioner lines on a hot day and draining properly to the outside of the car and not on the floor inside.

I have a water leak under the dash on the passenger side. Is it the heater core or the condensation from the a/c not draining out under the car?

Hi,
Check the fluid you are getting. Rub some between your fingers. If it smells like coolant and feels slimy, chances are its a bad heater core. If its clear, not much smell and feels like water, condensation from evaporator. That is usually a plugged drain tube, or drain tube has slipped off the catch pan. The A/C evaporator can be accessed without too much problem up under the passenger side dash, sometimes behind the glove box.....Mike

A/c water leaking onto floor on passenger side, carpet soaked, drain tube under car is drippin some

In that case either the drain tube is partially clogged or the drip pan has a leak. Clean the hose with a long tie-zip from underneath the car and look for the origin of the leak under the dash - if you can see it you can plug it.

Water leaks below dash on passenger side.

if it is pure water and not antifreeze then i would say the drain is blocked. check under your hood on the firewall around heat/ac for your drain tube

The drain for your A/C may be clogged causing the water to accumulate. You should be able to locate the drain from under the vehicle on the pasenger side, perhaps there is an accumulation of debri such as leaves for example. Also, sunroof drain may also be blocked. I can say I have seen this problem before, and its a good place to start. Good luck

Water is pouring from under driver mside dash with

The A/C drain tube is clogged. There is suppose to be a drain tube going from your console, through the ductwork and out under your hood. Bugs make nests in them and road tar or undercoating can plug them. All you need to do is get under the car and open the tube.
