Question about 1998 Isuzu Rodeo
Sounds like the clutch fan is no good under the hood,with the engine off try turning the fan on the front of the engine by hand,if it will not turn with little effort it might bre seized up,there should be a little resistance to it if the engine is warm,hope this helps
