There should be a sticker with specs under the hood that should tell you but it can be confusing. they sell kits with gauges to tell you when it is full and also allows you to put in the oil. when doing this, make sure the compressor is running (engaged) disconnect and reconnect with the valve off to get an accurate reading.

How much 134a does it take to fill the system on

Hi
The R134 capicity for your truck is 64oz with rear a/c.
If the system hoses have been disconnected or if you
are replacing any of the system components ie.
compresor/condenser or reciever drier. It is importent
to evacuate the system to remove any moisture from the system before charging, to avoid problems down
the road, I recommend taking it to somone that has
the proper equipment to ensure all moisture is removed and it gets the proper oil charge and won't
get air bound, plus any leaks that remain will be detected. A proper evacuation and charge can be the
difference between luke warm and COLD air.
Hope this helps.

How to change the rear spark plugs of a 96 plymouth voyager

The engine plenum will have to be removed. This is what the air goes thru to get to the engine intake. Remove ground, mark tag remove required cable, wires and hoses, take digital photos as you go. Be patient. The good news is we don't have to change them every 20K miles.

My 1996 grand voyager is only blowing cold air, thermostast ok

Check operation of heater coolant control valve, and it's associated remote control mechanism.
Check that both inlet and return heater hose is equally warm, as this indicates coolant flow through the heater core.
If no coolant flow:-
Check cooling system is correctly filled, taking care to bleed off any air locks from the system as necessary (with heater coolant valve open);
Check heater core is not blocked.

1996 PLYMOUTH VOYAGER SOFT BRAKE PEDAL AIR IN LINES

I am a hydraulic technician and I can tell you that air is a killer in the hydraulic system.

Start from the rear and work your way forward. I f you are using the two person method, make sure the second person keeps the master cylinder full. If the fluid level dropped anywhere in between pressing and releasing the brakes....you have a lot of air in the system.

Make sure you are tightening the bleed valve when the brake pedal is full pressed.

Remeber...start from the rear brakes first, then do the front.
