How do you know the battery is fully charged? I don't see how just having the radio on could cause a problem with the Anti-theft system.

Turn key on & off five times in a row. Wait 30 sec. & try again. If it doesn't start wait ten min. with key on & start car.

I have a 2009 Pontiac wont start, the lights on the dashbroad and head lights come on it just want turn over when I try to start it.

It could be immobiliser related or ignition/starter switch, starter relay if there is one, wiring or connectors or even the starter solenoid or the motor itself that is preventing the engine cranking.

I suggest you begin by energising the starter solenoid manually if it is accessible. If the engine cranks it will prove the starter and heavy current connections are ok and if it starts it would seem the fault lies between the switch and the starter solenoid. If it cranks but doesn't start the problem is pointing more towards the immobiliser.

If it doesn't crank the problem is with the battery leads, battery, engine ground, solenoid or starter.

Truck fires really well but wont start, seems like no fuel

Please define "fire power". Is this just the power from the battery swinging the engine, or did you check if there is a healthy spark on the plug wires? If an engine dies without warning, the chances are very good it is the crank angle sensor in which case there will not be any spark on the wires even though the starter will swing the engine quite lustily without starting.

Battery ok car wont start

You really need to be a bit more specific. Does the engine crank when you turn the key? If the engine does crank, does it sound like it is trying to start but won\'t? What kind of car is it? I don\'t think anyone is going to be able to help you with this particular problem without a bit more info...
All anyone can tell you at this point is, You battery seems to be okay...

Car wont crank has new battery and alternator it just clicks one time when i try to crank it up

HI it sounds like you have a bad starter or relay. First you need to check the battery cables and make sure they are clean not just at the battery but their mounting points also. On the starter you will see a purple wire you need to check the connection there they are prone to failure and cause a no crank condition. If you can put a test light on this same wire while someone tries to crank the engine to see if your getting power to it. If you are then you need to replace the starter. If no power can be found at this wire then your relay is probably bad.

Stereo draining battery?

It sounds like you need to have the car looked at by a professional. This is not normal, and its def. NOT good for the car. Have an electrical specialist check it out.

I do not know if it will help you now, but the problem that I had and I know someone else had with these same symptoms, no crank, but radio, headlights work, etc.

There is a wire cluster between the battery and the steering wheel. The positive wire (red) corroded from the inside out. You may not be able to see it without cutting the outer shell of this harness, but you will see the green oxidized copper powder where the problem is. What I did was cut out this length of wire and replace. You will find that there are other wires that will start corroding also.

Hope this helps!
