Ineed to adjust my parking break

If you go under the truck and look at the park brake cable you will see a steel rod with threads and a couple of nuts on it, tighten the inner nut and then lock down the adjustment with the outer. You want the park brake to start to hold after 3 clicks of the rachel or about 3 inches of travel.

Do the rear axles have to be removed to replace or adjust parking break

No they do not. You adjust the park brake cable under the truck tighter to adjust the parking brake.

2002 dodge ram 3500 park brake does not hold put new brakes and brake cableson still not working

for one your rear brakes probably need adjusting too. adjust those, and then there is an adjuster that's connected to the e brake cables that run along the frame of the truck on the drivers side. tighten that up a bit and you should be good. be careful, they like to rot out and break on you. i had to replace mine for inspection.

I failed the inspection because the parking break was not hold the car, hoc can I fix that? 2002 Ford Explorer 2wd. Brake is working but not hold the car.

If tightening the brake line won't work, you have to change the break pads.

Parking Brake

Hello;
Since you rarely use the parking brake, it is probably out of adjustment. Get under the drivers side of the vehicle after blocking the tires. You will see a cable running down the side of the frame. Follow the cable to the adjuster, it will have threads and a nut on it. Tighten the cable up a bit at a time, check your progress as you go. Do not overtighten it as the park brake will drag and wear out prematurely.
Thanks;
